Successful Outstanding Women Bloggers

I’ve sworn off memes. But just for today I have to indulge. When I got the email from Karen Lynch of Unlimited Power who recognized me as a magical woman blogger, I was intrigued. I realized that I hang out with a decidedly masculine crowd. The Positive Blog Network, in which I am an active member, has 2 women bloggers - running AND authoring the blog - myself included. In the greater circle of personal development blogs that I read, there are about 7 blogs run by men to every one authored by a woman in my feeds.

Nneka, you say, how can that be?

Well, I must be suffering from head-in-the-sand-itis to not look around and see all the wonderful women that are making a contribution to the blogosphere. No offense fellas, but I want to take some time to recognize the ladies. Special exception to Craig for such a delightful headline that I’ve been dying to link to :-)

Here’s to the exceptional women bloggers that I read:

Kirsten Harrell at Think Positive! - Kristen provides daily affirmations and even publishes a 60 second daily audio.

Kara-Leah at Be Conscious Now - Great explorations in thinning the veil and bringing yourself to the moment.

Mama Duck at Lil Duck Duck - Cute pictures and stories from the mom of a precocious toddler. It warms my heart.

Belle at Abundance Journal - Explorations in the Law of Attraction.

Laura Young at The Dragon Slayer’s Guide to Life - Hostess of the Carnival of Courage.

Kammie at Passion Meets Purpose - A passionate, clear, cheer leading voice to help you go for your dreams.

Andrea Dickson at Wise Bread - Humorous, honest voice on the serious matters of money.

Special thanks to Liz Strauss the mother of all outstanding women bloggers for starting this list. Here is the list so far:
