Taking a page from Kammie of Passion Meets Purpose, I’m going to have some fun. Mix things up a bit.
I noticed today that I am serious creature of habit. And not in a good way. So I’m starting Fun Friday Adventures.
The deal here is to do something adventurous. Anything from something a bit out of your routine to something radically out of character. Order something different for lunch. Go see a band that’s out of your genre, or go see a band period. Take salsa classes. The only prerequisites are that you’re spontaneous and out of character.
You can leave a comment here about it. Or send me a link to your Fun Friday Adventure using the contact form and I’ll post it. Let’s have some fun.

No adventures out there?
Well I had one. I went to a bar to hear a local ’70’s rock band. I didn’t know much of the repetoire, but it was fun anyway. A great way to hang out with friends.

Hey lady!
Just now saw this post…I didn’t have a Fun Friday adventure, but I did have a good time on Sat! Went out to dinner for my sister’s B-day with her and some friends and then went dancing at a new bar near where we live.
It was funny because I haven’t been out a lot lately, and when we got on the dancefloor I decided to request a song from the DJ. After I made my request he asked me what high school I went to.
Turns out we graduated the same year…and I graduated high school in 1991! How random is THAT? He remembered that I was on the dance team in high school and said it looked like things hadn’t changed much!! Kinda nice to hear that at 33 in a club full of young 20-somethings!!
What a great idea…I’ll try and keep you posted of any fun Friday highlights…thanks for openign the door for more FUN!!
whheeeeeee……..
