Everyone! Last week, Balanced Life Center celebrated it’s 1 year anniversary. Such a babe ;-)

I asked for reviews from my wonderful readers and you all cheered me on and gave some great advice. I promised that I would do a drawing for the book Open Secrets from the comments submitted, but I’ve decided to give Rick, Lyman, and Phil a copy of the book or another book from Amazon (of relatively the same value).

Thank you Rick for giving me a succinct definition of what Balanced Life Center is to you. I tend to drift in many directions and your statement that “Balanced Life Center helps achieve personal growth by becoming aware of the center that lies within you” will be used in my elevator speech.

Lyman, I sometimes wonder about my “voice” and whether any of these ideas are reaching anyone. I really appreciated your comment that the writing is “clear, honest, and heartfelt.” Thank you.

Phil, I implemented your idea last weekend with the beginner’s page. Wish I thought about it sooner. Thank you so much for the extra coaching offline. You always go the extra mile to make it GREAT!

To all of you, a hearty helping of gratitude. The Season of Gratitude will be back this fall. I’m so excited, I already have the invitation post completed. There’ll be a few surprises this year.

If anyone else would like to help me make this side a better resource for you, just drop me a comment with your suggestions. I am wide open.

In Spirit,
Nneka

Whoa! :) Thank you, Nneka! I must have missed the thing about the drawing… or did I? Oh, well, if I knew about it and forgot, it sure made for a nice surprise! Memory loss can have it’s advantages. ;)

Thank you, Nneka. I like the job you did on your Beginner’s Page. I used to have a page like that. I think I’ll bring it back.

Thanks for the honor of winning. Even more importantly, we are ALL winners because you’re going to continue to kick some booty the next year by sharing your genius with your readers. Can’t WAIT to see what’s happening here on 08/08/08 :)

08/08/08 huh! Well, I have no idea, but it will be splendid.

Thanks again to all of you for lending your insight to my quest.

    Nneka

[…] One of the books I finished yesterday was a gift from Nneka of Balanced Life Center - Open Secrets - The Letters of Reb Yerachmiel ben Yisrael by Rabbi Rami M. Shapiro. It sat on top of my computer monitor, unread, until just about a week ago. It’s given me a new understanding of God, and I feel like I’ve finally got a rational way to look at myself and my relationship to the I Am. I’ve always known that they are one and the same, but I guess it took a teacher from a familiar, traditional religion to help this spiritual atheist become comfortable with the G word. […]
